I decided to make a sampler style quilt pattern with each block representing a different region of Canada, inspired by this country’s amazing wilderness!

❤ Class level and prerequisite:
This is a Quilter Beginner level course, we recommend it to people with a minimum sewing knowledge and that you know how to use a sewing machine.✎ What you will learn :
With this class, you will learn :.• How to follow instructions for a Sampler Quilt.
• You will decide the final size of your quilt (4 sizes available from Baby to Bed size, see picture with Fabric Requirements).
• How to choose the fabric, palette, etc....
• How to make a specific block following the pattern
At the end of the class, you should have made the indicated block and prepare for the next block.
This sewing class is part of a series of 6 workshops of a 4-hour session each. If you want to make the full sampler quilt as shown, you can find the other blocks and classes on this page.

✂ Class Supplies :
• Supplies NOT included in the workshop price: please bring your own fabric, matching thread and bobbins.
Basic sewing notions will be available on-site: mat, rotary cutter, scissors, rulers, measuring tape, seam ripper.
• Pattern is NOT included.
PDF Pattern needs to be purchased HERE prior to class registration.
• Fabric requirement: Fabric is NOT included. Please follow the pattern instructions (picture #5) for the fabric required based on your quilt final size.
SPECIAL DISCOUNT: All students will receive a 10% discount for the day, to help them get their supplies for the class.
• Sewing machine: you can bring your own machine (and get a $10 discount on the class fee) or use one of our on-site JUKI machines.

6 to 8 maximum.★ Cancellation policy:
Class fees are non-refundable. Any cancellations or changes to your registration must be done at least 48 hours prior to the class start date in order to be issued a store credit. Cancellations that are made less than 48 hours before the class start date and students who do not show up to class will forfeit their class fee.Reservation required. Seats are limited.
A confirmation email, along with a reminder of the supply list, will be sent. Please ensure all required items are purchased either in-store or online before the class begins.
We reserve the right to cancel the course if minimum numbers of students are not reached. Full refund of course fees ONLY if we, for any reason, cancel a workshop / course.
