Shipping
Our office is based in Sainte-Thérèse (near Montreal) in Quebec, Canada. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided at checkout. Please note: The below charges only include delivery; therefore All customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes if applicable.
We offer Flat rates for Regular standard mail (untracked, uninsured). Expedited and tracked options are also available, that you can select at Checkout.
For Canada regions, we collect the appropriate GST, HST and PST taxes of the ship-to address, calculated on the order total (including shipping charges).

Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on your order and delivery address.About U.S. Tariffs: Effective August 29, 2025, all shipments to the U.S. must use DDP (Duties Paid) postage, with duties and fees prepaid. Please note that our shipping rates reflect that change and you should not have to pay any additional fees upon receipt of your order. Of course, the regulations are in constant evolution and may change but you must know that we already prepaid the required fees on our side at the time of shipment in addition to whatever the customs may ask you. Returns Policy
All fabric sales are final.
You may return all other product categories (other than fabric). They must be in the original package, for unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund at original price paid minus 25% in fees (for administrative and inventory management), unless the return reason is related to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error as well. If not, the return shipping will be at your cost.
We don't accept cancellations But please Contact Us if you have any problems with your order.

Our Packaging
100% ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING

For our packaging, we use exclusively 100% recyclable, 100% compostable or from 100% recycled material. Our motto regarding packaging is REDUCE. REUSE. RECYCLE.
To us, the right mindset in this matter covers all aspects of the process. Not only we try to purchase from mindful partners and manufacturers, making the best products with the most natural fibers, trying to choose labels like Oeko-tex® certification or GOTS (Organic certification), and eventually the packaging we are using to ship it to the final customer.
We also have a monthly budget from our sales to invest in planting trees in collaboration with a Registered and dedicated organization called TreeEra.
We believe we are part of a whole process and each of us can make a difference.
